SENTINELMAX SUPPORT

How can we help?

For questions about your account, Tesla connection, or an alert, email us at contact@sentinelmax.fr.

Help us diagnose the issue faster

Include the app version, your iPhone model, and the step where the issue occurs. Never send your Tesla password, an access token, a virtual key, or a verification code. You may conceal the VIN and license plates in screenshots.

Tesla connection

SentinelMax uses Tesla’s official authorization flow. Make sure you selected the correct Tesla account and granted the permissions required for the requested feature. You can revoke access from your Tesla account. You may need to reconnect after revoking access or when an authorization expires.

Alerts and remote actions

Alerts depend on the signals actually available for your vehicle, its connectivity, and your iOS settings. Some features require Sentry Mode, a paired virtual key, or a compatible vehicle. SentinelMax does not guarantee detection of every incident or immediate execution of a command.

Notifications

In iOS Settings, make sure notifications are enabled for SentinelMax. In the app, also verify that the alerts you want are enabled. The vehicle and iPhone must be able to reach their network services.

Location and “Drive-away protection”

This protection remains disabled until the required permissions are confirmed. If the app is uncertain whether the phone is present, SentinelMax is designed not to trigger the alert.

Purchases

iOS subscriptions are purchased and managed by Apple. Use “Restore Purchases” in the app with the same Apple Account. Billing and refunds are governed by App Store policies.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the Account section of the app. This deletes the SentinelMax account and its associated service-side data. Separately revoke access in your Tesla account if you also want to terminate that authorization immediately.

Independent app. SentinelMax is an independent application. It is not developed, endorsed, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and associated vehicle names belong to their respective owners.
